Is that it is a privately owned organization, and they have the right to choose who their members are. Imagine if the same thing happened in your church, an atheist somehow became a leader in your church (or converted to atheism later) and you need to get rid of this person. If the law forced you to accept this individual regardless of his beleifs, that would create a serious problem. The bottom line is that they are private and the government has no right to come to my private club and tell me who I must accept.
