I applaud you for you courage and commitment to God. I will definitely pray for you. Like Abraham was willing to sacrifice his son, if God so desired, you are putting your position of working with boys in the church on the altar, leaving your fate in the hands of God. I don't think I would be able to do what you are doing. Not because I don't trust God, but because I don't trust people. I am praying that it turns out well for you. Please let us know how it turns out. I have a couple questions. I was wondering what kinds of secret sins the boys were having struggles with? I'm not trying to be nosy and wouldn't even ask if I knew any of them personally. I was just wondering if they have the same kinds of struggles that boys had when I was a teen. My other question is what you meant when you said your friend's other "condition" was that you tell the pastor? Condition for what? That he not turn you in? Or was it just that you used the wrong word? Again, let me wish you luck and my prayers will be that others react as God would want them to. Remember that even if some don't react in a Christian way, God will honor you for putting Him above all else. Dakota |
