...for mentioning parts of the NT more unpopular with the 'fundamentalist' camp... I didn't even DARE quote John 10:34... I'd DEFINATELY get flamed into oblivion for THAT bit of extreme heresy... So, I'd honestly have to say 'yeah, it happens.' I'd also have to say that we're a moderator or two and a few posters away from having to declare 'the Bible is forbidden here.' But, umm... "...and especially if I, were being insensitive and judgmental." From what I've seen, you've managed to honor every fundamentalist decree without ONCE adopting the hatred, the holier-than-thou/I-am-the-voice-of-God position, the quick judgement, or any of the other traits which usually form the foundation of anti-Christian sentiment among the populace, and anti-fundamentalist sentiment upon the boards. Thank you for not forgetting Christianity. :) |
