While the article used the term "oral sex" to make it sound more exciting, the reality is probably far from it. It was probably just a couple of kids who knew nothing about sex. Part of their exploration (which is quite normal at that age) involved the boy putting his penis in the girl's mouth. I seriously doubt they knew anything about oral sex, and there probably was no real oral sex involved. I myself had such encounters dating back to before kindergarten, unfortunately try as I might, I cant remember the actual acts because they werent important enough for me to record them in memory. If the acts had prompted an investigation, then Im pretty sure Id remember the acts as something that spawned a crisis. This act was probably something insignificant requiring nothing more than simply teaching the children that they need to respect each other's bodies and that (unless they happen to be nudists) there are parts that need to be covered up and you dont go around showing people. Im sure this situation is not a reflection of our current society and it couldve easily happened several hundred years ago (or several thousand, or whichever time period you choose). It isnt some new degeneration of values, its simply children being children. Now, if you had used the example of the 6th grade orgy discovered by the janitor taking place on the school stage, then we'd have a good discussion about the degeneration of modern values.
