Now that you have finally cooled off, I think I can explain why you are having such a hard time communicating with the others here. The answer is in what you said here: The term "boylove" will not be found in any dictionary. It is a buzzword used by advocacy groups such as NAMBLA to advance their agenda to legitimize pedophilia or what they term "Man-Boy Love" by actively seeking to change the laws and social policy which govern how we choose to protect our children from sexual abuse. What you say is true. NAMBLA and other organizations do promote a change in the age of consent laws and do seek to have pedophilia accepted. But what you have failed to realise is that NAMBLA does not speak for all boylovers and not all of us want the age of consent laws changed. NAMBLA is a radical political action group, and as such, their views are rather extreme. What you did was, in essence, the same as assuming that Osama Bin Laden speaks for all muslims or that the Nation of Islam represents the views of all African Americans. Not all Muslims believe in the violent teachings of Osama Bin Laden, not all African Americans believe in the black supremacy taught by the Nation of Islam, and not all boylovers believe in the social change promoted by NAMBLA. Therein lies the problem. If you assume we all think a certain way and you attribute all of those thoughts to us, then you end up arguing with yourself because no one is promoting the point of view that you assume we are promoting. I think that is what has happened here. Now that you have realised your mistake though, you have an excellent opportunity to learn how we really feel about such issues as opposed to how you thought we felt. With this new understanding, I think the doors are open for you to learn something about how boylovers think and feel, and to contribute by giving us your opinions from a point of view that is far removed from our own.
