While I am not defending what this man did, it still seems strange that once again a man gets more prison time for photographing a naked boy than he would have gotten if he had killed him. Another interesting aspect is that the story says he still faces state charges? What about double jeapardy? Is the county next in line for prosecuting him? How many times will he be tried for the same crime?
