Some questions that hav gone unanswered.

Does anyone know what the procedures are if a person was to adopt a child off the street into their home? One more question... oh, hell - make it two: 1) I swear, sometimes I wish the Lord had left the active imagination out of the "Brother Paul Recepie"! Does anybody, human or otherwise, know any good ways of controlling fantasies? 2) What on earth does "Whipped" mean, in the bl sense?
