CIA trains al Qaeida group to repel Soviets. BAD CIA, we all know that the Commies had every right to force their way of life on Arabs. Saddam invades Kuwait trying to take advantage of US tolerence to its war on Iran. You forgot to mention how we helped Saddam into power. Saudi Arabia chooses US as its defenders against Iraq. Osama and al Qaeida are enraged they weren't asked to help. Osama starts jihad against America. Actually, OBL and company hates the US for far more than just the fact that we defended Saudi Arabia. Pretty much, it all stems from the fact that we defend Jews and Israel. As for your Star Wars comment, you are correct. That is exactly why I thank God every day that Bush is president today when we have enemies we must defeat. Power hungry liberals like Clinton would LOVE to grab more power with this opportunity. |
