If you think so, then ask yourself why you never see any real war footage on TV except tracer fire over Baghdad? Um.... The Bush administration did something never done before. They EMBEDED journalists into just about every battalion. We have live and delayed reports and film from every area of the war. They have nothing to hide. Why spend $93 billion on an imprecise giant campaign? Would you rather allow our boys to be hit with chemical and biological agents? I think the safety of our soldiers and the citizens far outweighs the costs. BTW Shock and Awe was pretty dang awesome. I was laughing at how the press at the news conference at the Whitehouse was asking if Bush was watching how awful the shock and awe strikes were. Ari, swiftly told them that none were civilian targets, we have precise targeting to hit palaces and military installations. |
