Hi David - Thanks for posting this. Here is an irony. I am a BL and NOT a Christian and have recently gained an interest in the church as a way to make my life more meaningful. It almost seems like walking right into the fire by some observers, but the details tell me otherwise. Jesus made it clear that it was the sinners (I interpret that metaphorically by the way) that he needed to spend time with, not those who were already saved. It would be hypocritical for the church to turn from those who might very well need them the most. You are not alone. Ben |
