Hi Scott, Insomnia can really be a nasty thing except when I come here. This might be a little crude but it always works for me. Just masterbate. I know it's not a very spiritual approach but it does work. When my YF used to come over and spend the weekends, I just about set a record for using the bathroom facilities. It works, what can I say.
