Ray, I don't think anyone said that sex is wrong, or having sexual feelings , or better yet understanding ones sexual feelings is wrong. Its only wrong when it takes our eyes away from God. You simply have to ask yourself..are you trying to understand your (and others) sexual nature in order to do the LORD's WILL more effectively..or is there some other reason behind it. I will not, and cannot judge you, only God can. All I ask is that you be honest to yourself and GOD...and allow God to do the rest. If its God's will for you to find out more about yourself in order to help others better..thats great. I have a nephew who seems to be a sex addict (he is only 13)...and I thank GOD for allowing my own sex-experiences to help me help him. If I didnt experience what I experienced, I would probably have a hard time helping my nephew... Just maintain your focus...for once you loose sight of GOD, the road you will be working under will slowly and gradually bring you down. The road to the Light is extremely narrow and filled with myriads of traps and detours...be careful that you don't yield to them. In Christ, John Guard |
