A response to flamers is to have the channel "moderated" so only people with a "voice" can talk. Auto-voice everyone who enters, and pull the mic on anyone who gets hostile. A "hidden" channel which is advertised on forums like cblf is probably the best way to do a public forum. -d (david_tx on IRC)
