Hi! I am a Christian, though perhaps not as devout as many of you guys. I really don't feel coerced public confession of sins is cool. I don't feel that your sins are really the business of everyone else in your church; they are between you and God. You may CHOOSE to share them with other people, but I don't feel it is correct for them to DEMAND it. I am not claiming to be a Bible expert, but that is how I feel. Secondly, and I feel more importantly, do you really feel boylove is a sin? I don't!! I feel it is a part of me that can be very positive!! I don't feel friendship and caring about boys is evil at all. I don't even feel the sexual attraction is evil or sinful either. It is simply a part of us. Be positive about yourself--you are not alone, there are LOTS of us out there, and most of us are good, kind people. Good luck to you. Feel free to respond if you feel like. |
