I was waiting for someone else to post to your reply; I knew they could do it better. As I understand it, Christianity is for recovering sinners; Jesus said that he came to help sinners, not the righteous people. Just like alcohol recovery, sin recovery is a life-long process that is never ended. Certainly, no Christian with any honesty could fail to identify with your story. By the way, no one who lacked faith could have written what you did about discovering God. Heather |
