Hi FOD, It's so good to hear from you, my friend. It sounds like you had quite an adventure. I'm sure all of us can identify with the pain in the old man's eyes. Some of us pack it deep down inside (I'm always good for doing that), and some wear it around like a hat or something, for everyone to see. No matter what, though, it seems like if you are Gay, Lesbian, Boylover...etc, etc, then you most definately know what pain is all about. Unless, of course, you happen to know Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior. Then, although you still experience pain in your life, you always have Him in your life to deal with it...so you don't have to walk around with it all the time. I feel like I'm rambling but I said all of that just to say all of this. Of course you SHOULD go into all sorts of places to meet others who need to hear the Gospel. As long as your faith is good and your intentions are of God, then why not? You might be the only way some of these folks will ever hear about God. You don't know. Jesus went into all kinds of places He wasn't "supposed" to go to preach and teach. He had to walk among Lepers in order to reach out and heal them...and so must we. It's probably the greatest thing we as Christians are called to do, spread the Gospel. FOD, even if you were in those cafe's just to make some friends, then great! You need to have friends whom you can lead twords the greatest gift they could ever dream of. I see nothing wrong in what you did at all. It sounds like you had the right reason for doing that, so what the heck? Anyways, I'm glad your back.
