TrueFriend is the man to talk to, one of them anyway. He's a boylover and a Catholic priest, but he hasn't dropped by here for a long long time. It would be good if someone could rouse him out of wherever he's hidden himself. You could talk to him on IRC. Apart from that, I can't suggest much, except to choose your friends wisely. As I understand it "being a pedophile" is not against the law, so they'd have nothing to report. They're not supposed to report your feelings (though they might if they were a particularly nasty person, but then what would the police care, if you've done nothing?). The church (catholic or otherwise) probably has a central administrative office not far away. You could ring them and ask what the legalities of confession are.
