No. My statements about family were only in reference to the fact that people who have families are more inclined to believe in Christianity than people who do not have families. My reasoning being that a person with no one to depend on but himself is less likely to consider the consequences of his actions than someone who has a family (especially one with children) depending on them. Although not always true it is a reasonable assumption. People who have other people dependent on them are "usually" more morally conscience of their decisions while single people don't have to worry about the moral consequences of their actions if they do not choose to since it is hurting no one but themselves.

Maybe there are happy "abominations" within the Church, but we have to ask ourselves...why are they happy? If we were to answer truthfully, we would have to say because they are suppressing the thoughts and emotions that God gave them at birth. Can one really be happy when they are not being their True Selves?

And, since this thread was about the Bible, I saw no reason to include other religions...and I am quite willing to note that almost ALL religions do condemn almost any sexual deviance from the "norm". But you must admit that Christianity is the loudest and most persistant of the anti-...well, heck, anti-anything really. If it's fun, Christians are against it. :)

I like you too, sweetie. *smooch*
