Welcome to CBLF, GRA. I'm glad you found us and decided to say hello. Sometimes I wonder why people are so bothered by the fact that they are both a boylover and a Christian, as if being a Christian makes you responsible for something that others are not. In fact, everyone on earth is responsible for seeking God, and hopefully for finding Christ as their savior. You are no worse off (in fact I would argue that you are BETTER OFF) being a Christian and a BL than not being a Christian. The simple reason is that, as a Christian, you have a chance for life. You are forgiven by the blood of Jesus, and you have an opportunity to have a relationship with God. All of us have a responsibility to seek God with all of our heart, soul and mind in order to find the plan that he has for our life. If you believe this (and you should....otherwise you might as well not bother to be Christian at all) then you should understand that God loves you, and that he has a purpose for you being you. I do not believe that this means that you should be involved with boys sexually, as many BLs might, but I do believe that this has given you special talents, abilities and motivations that might drive you to accomplish some things that non-BLs wouldn't. Jesus said that you have to lose your life to save it (Mat 10:39), and that you have to give up EVERYTHING (Luke 14:33) in order to follow him. As I see it, BLs should have a much easier time giving up what they have (a life that they often despise anyway) than other people. That is how I feel anyway. You are not alone.
