This is a great question. I do not believe that people can be evil. There are no instances that I am aware of in the bible where someone was clearly identified as an evil person. My own view is that this is because evil is a force, not a being. People can be tempted by evil desires and they can perform evil acts. It is actually very logical that people cannot be evil because ALL people were created in God's image. Since God possesses no evil, how can something which is created in his image be evil?
