I agree with you Andy. Thanks for voicing it. It just so happens that I do not believe Satan or Hell exist. I believe they were put in the mind of man by the church to put fear in our hearts and keep the church in power as well as to keep people in line. Satan is not a real entity nor is Hell a real place (in my belief). I think BL is accepted by God as long as the sexual feelings are not acted upon. We are loved and accepted by God and he trusts us never to harm a child, a trust most of us will never break. It is sad that the church believes we need the fear of eternal damnation, not love, to keep us 'in line'. |
