The bad news is that God probably DOES know what time it is, and he certainly did invent time. Lets not forget who created everything. Because God created the world for man to live in and to enjoy and prosper in, God most likely will pick a significant time when he will end the world. The year 2000 is as good a time as any, but I'm not sure that there is any reason WHY it must be that time. The GOOD news is that there isn't a thing any of us can do about it, therefore our job should not be to worry about that which we cannot control. Instead, our focus should be on living our lives as closely to God as possible, in the hopes that, if the world does end during our lifetimes, we will be one of the inheretors of God's Kingdom.
