Anglican strengths: Tolerance of diverse views, beauty of worship, strong connection with the historical Church, strong incarnational and sacramental theology, a hierarchical system that encourages a diversity of gifts.

Anglican weaknesses: Tolerance of diverse views (this can be a two-edged sword), a tendency to settle for compromise that weakens both sides.

Quaker strengths: Tolerance of diverse views (you can guess by now what I look for in a denomination), emphasis on the worshipper's immediate access to God, desire to practice Jesus' teachings without compromise, strong connection between worship and works, an egalitarian system that encourages the ministry of all believers.

Quaker weaknesses: Weak incarnational and sacramental theology, lack of diversity in worship styles.
