#3 - But I can't say that I truly rejoice in it or share it the way that I should. I believe that God fully intended me to be a boy lover because it would cause me to not be content, to live on the fringe of society instead of in the mainstream. God called me through boys and I was riveted to God's message because of the boys who acted as God's vessel. When I committed my life to Jesus, I had less to give up and more to gain than the average guy with a wife, two kids and a nine-to-five job. I will always struggle, always desperately need God in my life and always bear a Cross in my life. As with Paul (see 2 Corinthians 12:7) I have a thorn in my flesh to keep me from being conceited. I also believe that God intended me to be a BL because it gave me a tremendous ability to relate to young boys. People say that I have an incredible gift when it comes to working with children in general, and I am almost ALWAYS asked to work with kids if a situation arises. There are so many ways to serve God this way, I have little question that it is what was intended for my life. As a side note, I do believe that most boylove occurs because of an imprinting experience (as you call it) however, I believe that this is simply the tool that God uses to execute his plan for our lives.
