I just got to the part where he gets married. I have met twice with a support group for gays in my denomination. One of the members turns out to be my housemate from when I was in grad school 11 years ago! He lent me his autographed copy of the book. It is a very good and fascinating book. It presents real problems, though, because Mel White subscribes to the belief (I posted about earlier) that to be psychologically healthy, one's sexual "needs" must be met with another person. Mark |
