Hi BLue, I could not sleep tonight because I am fighting a bad headache. So I am up and I decide to turn on the machine and go read some posts in CBF, and I click on your's first. And I say,"Oh my God!", but actually, I don't know why I should be too suprised. Because it seems like, lately, so many of us have such desperate tales to tell. Mine is about as hair-raising, but for a few details, it could be your story,easily. BLue, I am so glad you made it here. My friend, I have left my e-mail address for you, if you want to e-mail me. And I want you to know that you are in some very good company indeed. I, too, am not around younger boys. But it is mostly because my dad involved himself in my life in a very harmful way. He thought he just KNEW I was "doing nasty things" with my young friend, but he was absolutely wrong and I don't think he could tell real love if it "bit him on the nose". So, without much thought as to the consequences, he proceded to talk to both of my brothers about me, about my past, about why he sent me to a shrink while I was living with him...etc. In other words, my one brother didn't believe him, and the other one who did won't let me even be aroundd my nephews alone now. And since I realy do not know what they would do if I were to get another YF, I am pretty much stuck right now. BLue, God DOES love us! I, like you, have not been inside a church very much at all in the past 2 years. But I know that I have not gone away from God, just church. I still love my Father in Heaven and my heart! I love Him so much because of His Son! Oh man, BLue, God loves you so much. Don't worry about not going to church right now. He won't think badly of you for that. I (we) love you too, brother! If other Christians are so blinded by the world and the evil one that they forget to keep Christ's most direct and basic comandment.....the one to LOVE one another (with the most incredible exception of saints like Witness), then we take it upon ourselves to give each other that love. God will make all things right in the end, brother, but for right now it is up to us to take care of each other! I don't always have a lot of free time, BLue, but feel free to write me if you want to, or need to. I will do anything I can to help you out. God bless you, brother. Love, Chris |
