I agree, like I said tho I think he needs to get the right kind of help and hopefully some good no make that great cousnelors or psychiatrists will be called in to figure out how much this boy understands about what is going on, that will be a key factor. Does he realize what is going on around him? Does he realize what happened , why he did it?etc etc. And I do think there are some kids out there that are more sexually mature then other kids their own age, its different for everyone, but it was the environment that he was in that got him in this situation, and I also believe that Juvenile courts should handle all childrens cases, cases involving children are hard to hear about b/c they are children. We got to learn something tho from every case we hear about-- is there anything we can do now to help situations like this in the future?to keep them from reoccuring? |
