I was saved on Dec 24 1990, and its taken me a long time to get where I am now... I love learning about the Bible... and the people... I am looking forward to the t.v special that will be on "Thru Mary's Eyes" , I believe that is what it is called. John is special to me too, hard for me to read tho, so dramatic and heart wrenching. And also Revelations intriques me...that is a book I'd love to take a class on! Its all really exciting don't ya think? ohhh also another one of my favs is James,,, I have several different Bibles I use and my favorite for marking verses is highlighted everywhere! The small book of James is all orange lol!! James 1:2-4 Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. another good one.. :o) James 1:19-20 My dear brother, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry,for man's anger does not bring about the righteous life that God desires. |
