Why did Jesus say that some things were not revealed to Him, but known only to the Father? I don't know. One commentary I've read suggested that this was his way of brushing off an impertinent question, but I'm not satisfied with that. (Which may reveal an "imp"ertinence in me, perhaps.) :^) Dirk |
