hi there faith. in my (very humble) opinion, i think of the walk with Christ as like driving a car. (i know, a terrible thing to compare it to, but it works for me...btw- i detest driving- but not the Lord...hehe) sometimes you are cruising 100 mph down the interstate...sometimes you are at a red light...sometimes you are on the wrong road...somtimes you are picking up hitchhikers... sometimes you are cruisin slowly thru town... dont worry about going up and down, it is 100% normal. if ya feel ashamed, that is not the work of the Lord. for Him, it is enough that you have accepted Him and love Him- He knows what is in your heart... shame- bah humbug....dont bother with shame. we are Children of the Light! once in a while i think we invent some darkness, cause we can not handle all that light all at once...but we are really still in the light, we have just closed our eyes. come walk in His light... and forever leave the darkness behind...
