IS BOYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :o) Thought I would try my hand at seasonal poetry. Allright, Okay, it's just cause my game keeps lagging and freezing up! But hey, maybe it was meant to be! Okay, I'm babbling now...lemmee get started... "Christmas Day" (in the life of a boy) From darkness to waking to step missing bliss There he goes slippers and all! Scanning and searching for something he missed Something wanted most overall. Rubbing his eyes to get out all the goo In flannel PJ's warm and worn "It doesn't make sense!" he said (and he knew) This gift had to come...it was sworn. The "stuff" mattered not without this one thing! An item without earthly price! Santa had promised and he DID hear bells ring! And all year he had been EXTRA nice! Too much hot cider--time for pee break! And so goes the boy to the throne. Peeing and crying and saying "Heaven's sake!" Desperately feeling alone. "Knock, knock little man! You okay in there?" Said the best present he'll ever know. He runs out and jumps to his big cuddlebear! Saying nothing..not even "hello" Grabbing the face of the one he loves best Saying wet-eyed "I knew you would come!" Wrapping and squeezing his much needed guest For doubting it feeling quite dumb! Through couch sitting catch-up and cup sipping chat His past bliss is quickly recovered In fact it's all gone now...now that he knows that He'll spend Christmas with his beloved boylover!
