Hi Mark:
I have had both romantic and sexual experiences with boys in the past. I became a christian when the Lord had convicted me "And whosoever shall offend one of these little ones that believe in me, it is better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he were cast into the sea." I know I feared God, and repented of my lusts for boys.

What is unbelievable is how the good Lord changed my life around the day I accepted Him as my Lord and Saviour. He not only caused me to be a new person, but gave me back what I surrendered to Him. Within a few years I was finding myself teaching Sunday School at the church I attended, becoming Bible Director at a local camp, and what soon would come about teaching the Bible to children at local schools. When I looked into a boys eyes I did not lust for them, but saw their souls and was burdened for their salvation. During this period I saw great victories, and many boys come to know the Lord Jesus. I can also say that I had Romantic relationships with some. Some day I will expand more on this.

It was also during this period that I had boys come to want to have more than a romantic relationship. At first I pushed it aside, but then I gave into some of their requests. None of these relationships went any further than touching, although some boys masterbated me. I don't believe these were homesexual in nature (unless some consider touching, or simply playing as homosexual). I guess God is the only one to define these areas, it does say to spill one seed is unclean. So it would be in that area a sin. I myself understand some the acts one would do to a woman as being homosexual.

However, the government defines these as being guilty of molestation. And we know society treats such things as (I believe) worse than murder. We must be careful. I know I do and I am sure you do as well, would be devasted if we hurt any boy. That would be the furthest thing from our mind. I know when I sense a boy is hurt by something I did, I am devasted and cannot sleep at nights. I believe the Lord has given us that sensitivity. Because of that we BL make the best teachers, friends, role models, for boys and girls.

I believe as I had previously said that the area that God has made us strong, is also that area that we find our weakness. Why else would Jesus choose Judas a theif and lover of money to be his treasurer. It was when the Lord led me into childrens work that he prompted me with the verse, "Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God.".

When parents came into a room with children, most parents overlook children, but I would immediately want to know them and encourage them. I know at one funeral of a 19 year old they were playing Chariots of Fire music, his parents came to up to and thanked me. They said, "You do not know how much of an effect you had on our son. He loved the Lord, and could not forget how you affected him. This brought me to tears, not just the fact I had affected him for Christ, but the Lord was confirming to me that He (the Lord) was using me.

I have much more to tell you. One day I hope to write a biaugraphy (not sure of the spelling) about all that has occured in my life. The bottom line is I only want the Lord to use me despite of my shortcomings.

May the good Lord guide you over this Christmas Season.

Your brother in Christ,
Compassion.
