Hi Jules,

Those were not the exact words of our Lord, but they very well could have been. It is the same meaning, the very same sentiment, isn't it? I think they could have been the actual words of Jesus had He lived among us today....very easily.

Consider the Beatitudes found in Mathew chapter 5. "Blessed are the poor in spirit...Blessed are those who mourn.....Blessed are the meek....Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness....Blessed are the merciful....Blessed are the pure in heart....Blessed are the peacemakers.....Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness...." Don't these statements apply to Christians who are also boylovers in a lot of ways? It dosent take too much imagination to see how, does it?

Jules, I truly believe we are blessed AND we are on the "right track" with our faith. Regardless of what others, or other Christians, might think or say. And I believe that God knows what is in each man or woman's heart, regardless of what they might say or do. God is not fooled by outward apperances, but He knows what we think and feel. I believe it is by our actions, in accordance with our beliefs and thoughts and feelings, that we will be judged by God (and none other)....not by the fact that we are rich, poor, white, black, asian, or heterosexual, homosexual, boylover.

Thank you, Jules, that was both inspiring and eye-opening!

Love,
Chris
