Heh, what a cute thing for him to say :) Sounds to me he's doing a lot of seriously thinking about his life, which can only be a good thing. Trust him, and wait and see what light will start glowing from within him. Reminds me a little of a YF of mine. I would try to encourage him to think about his faith, read his Bible and stuff. And one day I wanted to get to know what place his mind development was at, what he was reading, meaning novels, ordinary stuff. But he took me to mean what part of the Bible he was reading (not what I was asking at all) and got all convicted about it, heh. He's doing OK today, though I haven't heard from him in a long while now. It's a great privilege to be able to witness the boy becoming a man, I think. Have faith in him. F.O.D. |
