Hi Steve, what sort of positive action can you take to help you from being overwhelmed by the nude pics? Can you move the computer somewhere where other people will be around? Can you delete some software to keep you from being able to see them? Are there more activities you can take up that will help you get away from the computer and spend more time with real people? If you get so much out of the pics, but know it's harming you, then what can you think of that you would get even more out of? Joining a club? Running a club? Remember the pics are lifeless, there's no relationship there. Build on your relationships with others, make them broader, maybe that will help? F.O.D. |
