I know this is a bad question to ask, but I will anyway (and I am sorry)

Do you love Jennifer, in that way, or her son in that way? Will you be giving all the attention you should be giving to your wife to the child instead? In other words, is this marriage going to be about a husband and wife with a child, or a man and a child, with the boy's mother hanging about? The marriage has to be between you and her.

Also, if you have this boy this close in your life, will it be a constant source of temptation? In a moment of weakness, will something happen between you and this boy? If you are unsure of yourself for even a minute, then you need to walk away from this relationship.
