Hi Rex, I hope you are still out there. Are you saying that you are glad the wrong person didnt take you in to rape you or beat you but you would have been fulfilled if this one teacher took you in in a sexual way because you know he loved you and would not have hurt you just expressed his love through sex and it is what you wanted? But he did not so it may not have "been the best thing for you or him" because you both would have probably enjoyed it? I am asking because I have a young friend who I have known since he was very young. Most of the boys stop at a certain age sitting on my lap at movies or cuddling by the campfires but he has continued on. He is very affectionate and spent a weekend with me recently because his mom was on a trip. I had him sleep in our guest room but he came in in the middle of the night and said he was scared because it was so quiet and his house is usually so noisy. He did not want to sleep alone. So he cuddled in with me. It was very, very peaceful for me. Nothing sexual happened but it was pure bliss to have him next to me. He recently sent me an email telling me he was gay and wanted me to be his valentine!!! I dont know if he was just joking around or serious.
