This message is not necessarily directed at all of you, rather the majority or the minority. I can't tell which it is; I don't have a database. I am speaking to damnationists, and I am going to try to make this message as sane and non insulting as I can. My immaturity has shown elsewhere on the internet in waves of wrathful anger, and it isolates me to the point of no empathy. As if there was any beforehand.

Empathy is the problem. You are boylovers like myself; you know what it's like to feel love and hopefully what it is like to be loved yourself. I even see you having normal chats, and even passing jokes. But I have grown up to think of your belief systems as... clinically insane; or simply hateful. When I consider the things you believe that your God is, and the things you believe he is going to do to people, at times it can feel like I am witnessing a nazi group doing the same thing, or perhaps a gathering of members of the KKK. This is how it comes across to me. It is like a racist British soldier spying on the Germans in WW2 and finding out that they are normal people. It is mind bogglingly confusing.

I do not know how you can be boylovers, and reconcile this with the bible's promises of genocide, destruction and eternal torment. From my experience of the phenomenon, boylove gives me an overwhelming sense of compassion, a need to love and nourish children, and a disgust at the thought of them being tortured. Yet, you believe in a God who will damn most of his children. And you pray to him, as if he is worthy of your worship. My instincts tell me that if this is the case, we need a new God.

I am just wondering how you do it. When I see such behaviour it makes me think that the world I am living in is not real. It makes me question reality, because I simply do not understand how you can hold such casual attitudes with a role model who makes Hitler look like Ghandi.

Please, if you can see where I am coming from, and why I find your stance to be so strange and disturbing; then please explain to me what is going on in your mind. The only explaination I can conceive is that your mind in some way 'dampens' the character of God for you, and keeps it seperate from social thought. Rather like you could go to a cinema, but be completely ignorant of the science behind what makes it work.

Hope I haven't offended anyone. Well, it can't have been more than I was.
