The Imago idea is just a model... and different people will connect with it differently.

I certainly don't belive that it is a perfect model or one that is absolutely true.

Like any model it is a representation of something real and nothing more than a shadow of reality... but it is helpful to use our imaginations to examine the dynamics of complex human relationships and drives and that is the value of models.

If the imago model don't work for some there are pleanty of others.
