I don't agree with the "imago" model of attraction to begin with. I don't believe there is an ideal anything that we strive to capture. I see that model as overly simplistic and at odds with the realities of many BL's. It works for some, because it is true for some, but it is a grave error to accept it as true for all based only on the fact it is true for some.

Thus, there is nothing to feel nervous about. Not all of us agree with that model.
