i have actually experienced the OPPOSITE ! on a few occasions ... i think.

one time another male helper (who i think is a secret BL) wanted a playful lift above his shoulder of my yf and spin him around. My Yf immediatley came a stood beside me and held my arm tightly .... as if to say "No ! i am safe with hfj"

Then as recently as yesterday at the weekly club i was sitting on a wall by some steps and another 2 boys from the club were laughing with me etc - my YF came outside to find me saw what was going on and proceded to 'nudge' them aside reach into my pockets for my cell whislt trying to sit on my lap, therefore making a 'barrier' between the other 2 boys and myself.
On reflection - i loved what he did.
Then one of the boys asked why he did that and my yf said " because i know hfj better than anyone here, and we are best best freinds"

Made me feel very special and ..... very blessed.
