I have always felt that a triune God who creates a world of such breathtaking diversity (to the point of near absurdity!) is distinctly at odds with a conformist single church of faith, but if churchleaders had been deeply rooted enough to distinguish better between 'false teachings' and 'variety' in the first place just think what a magnificently diverse but united church we might all belong to!
Actually perhaps we all do now, in a rather loose and sulky sort of way . . .
