It seems like you are a Christian and desire to follow Jesus. Perhaps your relationship with your father is not very good and you desire to have a close and loving relationship with him. The abomination in Leviticus is about sexual relations between males, which is sinful. We all have a sinful nature, which manifests in different ways. There is forgiveness when we repent, because of the blood that Jesus shed at Calvary. God wants us to think in a healthy way and says that He will help us. Lustful thoughts occur but are sinful as Jesus taught. Ask Him for forgiveness, even if it is many times a day and for many years - it is a battle for all of us.
