Friends encouraged me to post a link here to my latest 'mega-project,' a detailed exposé of how reality gets distorted in Perverted Justice pedophile-baiting chats. The interesting fraud in these chats, which still has the legal system mostly bamboozled, is that the PJ'ers use chatters who claim to be 13 or 14, but who then consistently broadcast social and especially sexual signals that are more typical of 18-plussers. Despite consistent claims of being 13/14, and a few actorly ruses like throwing in some typical kid thoughts about school, dad and so on, they interact with internetters using mixed adult-teen psychosocial personalities that don't exist in the real world. The courts so far have mostly allowed the out-of-character sexual maturity of these nymphomaniacal teens to pass, knowing that the letter of the law only specifies the age of consent as a number, and that the PJ'ers consistently say that number. In effect, though, the internetters are being baited by adults communicating sexually as adults, and are only convicted because they were incautious about that completely fictional number. That's a 'mens rea' completely induced through seductive, perfectly unrealistic fiction, and with only a fictional target. It is not a crime; it's merely a folly.

There is little doubt that if they encountered 13- or 14-year-olds who acted like genuine people of that age, or even PJ posers who acted authentically as young teens, most of the PJ convictees would not do anything that would earn an arrest. Moreover, because the whole PJ dialogue setup involves taking a completely unknown adult on as an instant messaging friend -- something real teens mostly avoid like the plague -- even the starting point of the dialogues is heavily compromised with entrapment.

When only utterly unreal, lustful, sexually begging, flattering, unnaturally gerontophilic pseudo-teens can be used to gain convictions for internet enticement, something is deeply rotten. This corrupt, fraudulent, economically motivated travesty of justice must be exposed.
