I don't believe God wants you to live a life of fear where you find yourself always needing to worry about whether you are living a perfect life. I believe the Christian walk should be the exact opposite, it should be a life of freedom, a life where you can finally be yourself and be accepted just as you are. Sin no longer has a hold over you and you should be celebrating, not living in fear. That's not to say that you should feel free to do whatever you want because sin doesn't matter, but rather that sin shouldn't be the focus of your life, Christ's victory over sin should be.

Wanting to do what is right and please God is a good thing. But obsessing over whether something is a sin or not is not. Let the holy spirit, your conscience, and the word guide your actions. Don't live in fear of sin, Christ already defeated it.
