I think you need to respect the rules of the people you work for Nash.... even if that means not wearing your Christmas hat.

There are plenty of ways of having fun and making the kids feel loved that are not excluded by these rules.

You say these kids are there so long... it's like their second home. If you were going to make a protest... protest THAT! The staff don't even have to be in the place that long on any one day :( poor kids.
