If you're having a tough time with your church, might I suggest a visit to the Quakers or - surprise, surprise - the Mormons. I have a gay friend who's had a good reception at the Quakers. And I myself was once baptised into the Mormon church. They knew I was gay (but not BL). All they asked of me was that I no longer have sex outside of - albeit heterosexual -marriage. They even let me teach Sunday School. Can you believe it?!?
