Don't give up hope that you cannot stop. As one who was addicted to porn for many many years, I have not viewed any porn for 665 days now. You have found what all "addicts" have found with monitoring software - it doesn't work very well as you will find ways to go around it.

Try approaching the problem one day at a time. If you slip, don't beat yourself up, but keep looking ahead and pushing forward one day at a time. I took it one day at a time and before I knew it I am 665 days out. It wasn't easy, I won't lie to you. I had resigned myself at one time to not being able to stop viewing it. I know you can break free from needing to view it because if you didn't want to you wouldn't have left a message. I guess I also have the benefit of being in an accountability group which has helped me as well. Wishing you all the best.
