It is certainly possible. No one has denied that. But is it advisable?

I would argue that any halfway intelligent person would quickly realize that it is not. Given the significant risk and enormous consequences of negative results, combined with the marginal benefits of coming out, the decision to live an openly BL lifestyle is, in the vast majority of cases, a very poor decision.
