Well, firstly let me just say, I agree with most of what you have said.
Indeed we are all sinners yep, including me LOL! If you have accepted Christ as your Lord and Saviour then yes, you are a child of God. And yes, just because we live in sin, doesn't mean we are not Gods children however, we are called to be like Christ are we not? We are called to be Holy as he is Holy right? In that regard, we ought to do all we possibly can to refrain from sin. Of course, we will at some point, fail and sin, thats just human nature. But we ought not live in sin or allow sin to be our master, as Paul says.
Yes, I agree that it is indeed foolish to think that we can rid ourselves of sin in this life. But it is not foolish to believe that we can attempt to abstain from sin & seek to live as Holy people to the best of our ability.

I don't believe that a mere random thought, is necessarily wrong, just as a mere random attraction to a boy, doesn't necessarily make you a boylover. I believe what Jesus was refering to was that, if we "entertain" our lustful or sinful thoughts, then we sin. But having them appear from time to time doesn't constitute sin. Well, thats my own view, I could very well be wrong!

No, expressing one's love for another, befriending another or showing them kindness, is NOT wrong, it is NOT sinful. Loving boys, is perfectly normal in my book, Jesus loved boys (and girls)but where the line is crossed and we venture into the realms of sin, is when we seek to satisfy our own desires, wants, & lust. When we seek to manipulate, coerce or seduce the child (or an adult for that matter). Like I said before, if "boylove" is purley about loving boys, wanting to befriend them, to show kindness towards them, protect them, nuture them .... Than I don't see a problem! But there are many "boylovers" out there who take matters a lot further than just "loving" boys. Im not suggesting that you are one of them, I wouldn't be so arrogant as to even assume that you are, because I don't know the first thing about you. However, there are pedophiles who seek to use boys to satisfy their own selfish and lustful cravings and desires. Thats where I see a problem with "boylove" otherwise, I have no problem. Love is a gift from God, the ability to love another is a true blessing and loving children is indeed a real blessing. But there is a fine line between love and lust/coercion/abuse/manipulation/seduction and so on..
